Purchase of flights from January 2021 onwards:

• The change of flight must be arranged taking into account the following conditions:

  • If your clients do not wish to travel on the original date of their ticket, they can leave their reservation open and reschedule the flight at a later date, taking into account that the size that has been purchased allows it. Remember that they must request the postponement and reschedule the flight before the original date (Maximum 24 hours before); if it is not done before this date, charges for itinerary changes and / or fare difference may apply. Conditions apply.

Purchase of tickets between April 1st and October 19th, 2021 regardless of flight date:
