If you previously visited or transited through Brazil, Angola, Congo and/or Uganda, and you are traveling to Colombia, you must have the International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis (ICVP) to prove that you have been vaccinated against yellow fever.
Keep in mind:
The yellow fever International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis must have been issued at least 10 days prior to the trip.Before your trip, find out about the requirements and documents according to your point of departure and destination.
