After a review of the route network, Avianca decided to postpone the start of operations of the Bogota-Cuzco route. Customers with tickets purchased to fly on that route may request a refund of their ticket through the same channel where it was purchased, according to local legislation or use the ticket as part of payment to travel on any other route of the company without service charges, but a fare difference may apply (Subject to availability).
